If you do not see your particular plan on the list to the left it doesn't mean that we do not accept the insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company directly with the tax ID number of the Radia outpatient imaging center where you plan to have your exam and an agent should be able to let you know whether the imaging center is considered an in-network provider.

Even if a Radia imaging center is not considered an in-network provider under your plan, we may still be able to accept your insurance at out-of-network rates. Please be advised that if you have specific questions regarding coverage, your insurance company's customer service line will be the best resource for information on co-pays, deductibles, and whether a particular exam is covered by your plan.
